We are looking for a MDG Program Manager :
(MDG = Master Data Governance)
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
The MDG Program Manager is responsible for managing and delivering the program on time, in full and on/below budget. The MDG Program Manager should also make sure that the project complies with the Client Policies and Procedures for projects management.
• Steer PMs to prepare the project & create the project plan
• End to end budget management of projects/program from the business case stage to the end of the project/program
• Organizes work of IM team members, regularly updates AN PMO system and issue monthly project progress reports and discusses these with AN PMO manager, CIO Director and MDM Global Process Delivery Lead. All in accordance with AN’s IM project methodology
• Responsible for IM teams as a part of project deliverables in various projects
• Acting as IM/IT touchpoint for master data program
• Reports project progress and seeks approval changes in scope, budget or timeline in the Project Steering Committee
• Lead the program & execute the program plan
• Regular report on the program progress
• Ensure proper stakeholder management and deliver value for the customer
• Define and negotiate project objectives, deliverables and roles when working with outsourced business partners
Essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and required skills:
• Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience;
• Certifications in market project management standards, like : PMI/PMP, IPMA, PM-BOK, MSP or Prince2
• At least 4 years’ experience in Managing/leading IM programs
• At least 10 years’ experience in Managing/leading IM projects
• At least 3 years’ experience in Master Data Transformation projects
• Experience with managing complex business transformation programs and working together with different levels of business stakeholders
• Experience with managing System Integrators through time-and-material and/or fixed price contracts
• Experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in connecting to SAP AG experts in case of technical challenges
