At a glance
As a PB Saga Integrator for SFR , you help realise the delivery of the Sustainable Finance regulations for the International Private Bank. In this role your part of a team with 8-10 colleagues. You are part of the programma management team and from there you are in frequent contact with a large group of stakeholders. Stakekolders are various grids within the Private Banking Organisation but also the local (IT) organisation of the PB countries. Outside NL this are France, Germany and Belgium.

As a Saga Integrator you
• Have a central role in delivering value through execution the various SFR regulations for the Private Bank
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the SFR programma Manager and engage with key stakeholders in the execution
• Lead the day-to-day execution of (part of) next to project manager and WS leads
• Create insight, oversight and control over the end-to-end change
• Ensure there is a clear roadmap and up-to-date and relevant overviews of status, decisions, impediments and dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery in line with bank-wide priorities
• Ensure we actively learn what is needed to successfully realize the regulatory timelines
• Address dependencies across grids/departments / counties to ensure we have an integrated approach in realizing the regulation
• Install discipline in the way we steer and execute, by applying and advocating bank-wide standards for managing change
