Are you a senior leader with project or program management experience and broad knowledge of Personnel Administration and Payroll Administration technology. Do you have experience with technical implementations in HR SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll implementations As Project Manager Technical Implementation you will be part of a team bridging HR, IT, Finance and multiple suppliers in order to transition from an existing outsourcing arrangement to a new outsourcing arrangement for Personnel Administration and Payroll. Your main focus will be to technically implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including development of inbound- and outbound integrations. You will play a lead role in managing the migration activities and integrated test cycles also.

At ABN AMRO we currently use the SAP SuccessFactors talent suite for the Netherlands and International countries, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central + ADP for the International countries. The Personnel Administration and Payroll technology, processes and services of the Netherlands is fully outsourced. A decision has been made to move the Netherlands population onto SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll technology; and the services for Personnel Administration and Payroll will be moved to a new provider. This transition will be done in 2021 and 2022; go-live date of this new set-up is 1/1/2023. As the ABN AMRO Project Manager/Lead Product Owner Technical Implementation you will be responsible for the Migration, Integration and Test Management workstream. You will report directly to the ABN AMRO Program Manager and a team of SuccessFactors specialists, Business Developers, Migration- and Integration specialists (partly delivered by incumbent vendor) will report to you. You will also have access to a Project Management Officer (PMO)/Scrum Master.

Then you meet the following essential job requirements:

• Demonstrable leadership and stakeholder management experience in complex organisations and with the execution of organisation wide projects;
• At least 10 years of work experience in large scale and full lifecycle implementations;
• Proven knowledge or affinity with HR system implementations, migration-, integration- and test methods
• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, preferably Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Proven Agile implementation experience
• Preferably experience with similar projects in the financial industry in the Netherlands or Preferably experience with ABN AMRO and knowledge of the ABN AMRO wide vision and strategy
• Proven Agile implementation experience
• Recognised Project Management certification or relevant degree (IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Management etc) with proven project management experience
• Must have the following soft skills:
