Reason: They are just started to build this team to put SAM in place. They can use Atos experience’ to help them set up a governance, processes and implement these as well. SAM is part of one the improvement initiatives they are running before they will outsource.

– 1 is incapacitated, 1 is going to have surgery has quit his job and 1 is on a long term sick leave.
– Main activities: Managing asset and supplier management (for hard and software), manage the logistic process for hardware and maintenance contracts.
