One of our squads is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and fast learning Murex Business Analyst. We are looking for an Analyst with pro-active attitude and knowledge around a variety of topics in the Murex domain who will focus on the solving some of the challenges in the alignment between the handling in Murex and the transaction reporting solution at Rabobank.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will focus primarily on the functional area of Back Office. The perfect fit is someone who has excellent functional and technical analytical skills in relation to the back office modules of the Murex platform. Furthermore, one must be able to communicate clear requirements in the form of user stories, executing stakeholder management between the different squads in our organisation. You are able to proactively flag improvement possibilities with regards to the various aspects of your area of expertise and look at problems with your experience – from the outside in.

You will work inside one of our special squads inside the Transaction Reporting area using Agile principles dedicated in solving the problems around incompliancy. Together with analysts from Markets & Treasury, Compliance, Operations and IT you will be the main actor in aligning between Murex and the downstream transaction reporting systems. Transaction Reporting is a 24/7 continuous mandatory activity that Rabobank has to service to the different regulators for regimes like DFA, MiFID, EMIR and many others. An intrinsic drive to personal development in new specialties is key to success as an Business Analyst. Being flexible and taking ownership forms the key that is necessary for being successful in this function.

Experience with the following Murex components is a must have:
– MxML
o Understand the structure and content of MxML
– Pretrade workflow
o Able to read and make adjustments to pre-trade code
– Posttrade workflow
o Able to follow events trough the workflow
o Able to debug workflow formulas
o Able to apply change to workflow formulas
– Data model
o Understanding of Murex data model
o Able to read Murex data model documentation
– Front Office
o Understand the various component in the price
? Trader price, Client price, Sales fee, Broker and other fees
– Back Office
o Settlement and Confirmation workflow
o Regulatory reporting
o Transaction events and trade versioning

Experience with the Murex CI/CD pipeline is a recommendation.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling
Experience with the following products:
o Interest Rate Swaps
o Cross Currency Swaps
o FX Swap/Spot/Forward
o Loan/Deposits
