Functiebeschrijving	We are currently looking for an experienced consultant who can support us in leveling up our project planning. At DCSA we run a couple of projects in parallel, where some are more agile and others more waterfall. We currently do not plan tasks in detail or keep track of the actual hours spent on them. I would like to change that with a pragmatic approach. The consultant should have experience with project management, both agile and waterfall. He should be familiar with a different tools supporting this and have been involved in similar initiatives (upgrading the project planning). We would like to start soon and see a duration 6-8 weeks.
