AkzoNobel – SAP WM specialist(612946)

Location: Sassenheim/remote (work can be done fully remote)
Start: a.s.a.p.
End: 31-12-2021 with option on extension
Assignment: 16 hrs per week (0,4 FTE)

We are looking for a functional SAP WM (Warehouse Management) consultant with project experience (so not only support work experience).

SAP WM skill, preferably Germany speaking and can also travel to Hilden, Germany (near Dusseldorf) if needed

Hilden is one of the older factories in Europe and for the future it is approved to do a significant investment in this factory to be ready for the next 10 years or so. This investment includes new elevator to move raw materials/finished goods between 3 floors, new scanning equipment, weighing scales, new RF network etc.

We need an experienced SAP WM consultant to help the new logistics manager implement Warehouse Management. This is NOT a SAP consultant role (only), but much more a business consulting role to support the new warehouse manager to transition the plant and make changes happen. (there is quite a bit of resistance to change!)

It would be really nice if the consultant speaks German, but it is a must-have that the consultant is able to go to the site every now and then (not every week) and work with the warehouse manager shoulder-to-shoulder
